Welcome to ZenPogo Bowl ("App"), operated by ZenPogo Sports LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iPhone and Android application, as well as the Apple Watch companion app available to iPhone users.

Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Game Data: Bowling scores, frame-by-frame entries, block results, and related gameplay metadata you record during use of the App. This data is stored locally on your device using the App's on-device storage layer and is not uploaded to our own servers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Crash and Diagnostic Data (When Enabled): If production crash reporting is enabled for the App, diagnostic information about application crashes or serious errors may be sent to our crash-reporting provider, Sentry. This information may include device and operating system details, app version, timestamps, stack traces, and limited technical context needed to investigate and fix issues. We configure Sentry not to send default personally identifying information.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials
• Your device location for gameplay or venue suggestions
• Health or biometric data
• Payment or financial information
• Browsing history or data from other apps
• Advertising identifiers for marketing purposes

3. Third-Party Services

ZenPogo Bowl may rely on platform providers and service providers to distribute the App, support device functionality, and help us diagnose crashes. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs. The following third-party services may process data as described:

We use the information described above solely to:

• Display your bowling scores and game history within the App
• Sync game data between your iPhone and Apple Watch (on-device only, via WatchConnectivity)
• Deliver motivational affirmations during gameplay
• Diagnose and fix app crashes or serious technical issues when crash reporting is enabled

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Game data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud backend for syncing your bowling history or profile data. If you delete the App, locally stored game data on that device is permanently removed unless your device platform restores it from a backup outside our control.

If crash reporting is enabled, technical crash and diagnostic data may be processed and retained by our crash-reporting provider for debugging, security, and service-improvement purposes in accordance with that provider's policies and our configuration.

If a future version of the App introduces cloud sync, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain your explicit consent before uploading any data.

6. Apple Watch

ZenPogo Bowl includes an Apple Watch companion app. Game data is shared between iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework, which operates entirely on-device. No data leaves your devices through this process.

7. Children's Privacy

ZenPogo Bowl is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App and provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Because game data is stored locally on your device, you have significant control over that data:

• Access & Portability: Your game data is accessible within the App at any time.
• Deletion: Delete all data by uninstalling the App, or use any in-app data management features.
• Crash Reporting: If you prefer not to send crash-reporting data, you may avoid enabling builds or configurations that include active crash reporting where that choice is available to you.
• California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you have questions about information processed by or on behalf of us, you may contact us using the details below.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, via in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
